Hero Lab Seminars offer condensed training experiences for the everyday hero. Seminars focus on the protector archetype and incudes awareness, conditioning, movement, martial art, tactics, ethics, and philosophy.

  • Who: humans 18+. No experience needed, all skill levels welcome.

  • When: 2022 summer shedule- usually the last Friday of every month.

  • Where: Hero Lab training garden or Tribal Edge Land

  • Cost: $25 (cash, credit, venmo, cashapp, paypal)
